Ecuador in the first place in the ITB.

Ecuador won the first prize in the “Best Exhibitor” at the ITB in the category, which includes the Americas and the Caribbean.
In a colorful event that brought together representatives of over 180 participating countries, companies and organizations related to tourism, the Cologne Business School, German university, in partnership with the organizers of the meeting of the tourism industry of the world’s largest ITB recognition awarded “Best Speaker” in twelve different categories established by the evaluating body that are divided by regions: Europe, Africa, America and the Caribbean, Asia, Australia and Oceania, Middle East, which mainly involved the countries that promote as a tourist destination, plus dedicated categories for the hotel business and organizations that support tourism development ending with the award for “best of the best.”
Ecuador won the first prize in its category, followed by Peru in the second and the Dominican Republic in the third. The delegation of Ecuador with the group of traditional dancers of color filled the stage and received recognition with great joy. Ecuador’s stand “Love Life” was considered by the evaluators as the best example of creativity, service, staff, atmosphere, activities information and presentation of the stand.
This motivating award on Ecuador will open the last day of the show at ITB Berlin will be open to the general public and will host thousands of visitors who know a bit more of Ecuador and the many reasons to “love life.”
