Five countries provide its food in the capital

The Food Festival Andean Bolivarian is organized by several entities
From today until July 29 the Festival will be held Bolivarian Andean Food in the food court of the Central Market of Quito.
Visitors can enjoy the best cuisine of Ecuador, Colombia, Venezuela, Bolivia and Peru. There will be lectures and classes taught by chefs and live music will be presented for each of the participating countries. The event is part of the Fiesta de Bolívar, to commemorate his birth.
